When girls say.. (Guy's Hair)?

When girls say they like a guy that takes care of his hair, do they mean:

A guy who keeps his hair clean and healthy (shampoos and conditions), keeps it tidy (so he doesn't look like a caveman), and retains natural color?

-or-

A guy who styles his hair (straightens/blowdries, and/or uses hair products) and possibly colors it?

.. I am not ONLY talking about scene guys. I'm talking guys (I'm a teen, so, teens) in general.

When I say it I mean a guy who shampoos his hair and doesn't let it look all oily and full of dandruff and what-not. It'd help if he kept it tidy, I hate it when guys have really long hair because I've never seen one guy who knew what to do with the long hair, plus it ends up looking oily or gross.

As long as it looks nice and not really nasty I could care less about hair. xD Of course a nice style is always something good, but not a requirement.

They mean guys that make their hair look cute. Like they acutally do something to it. They just don't wake up run a comb throught it and that's that. They acutally take time on their hair.

umm it's a bit strange if a guy straighten and blow drys his hair. a bit on the homosexual side? but if that's what make hair look at least normal..then i guess it's okay.....

i think the first thing you said..just keeping your hair clean and healthy. and not having an ugly hair style.

More on the styling part. I honestly don't care for dying your hair, I just enjoy a guy's natural hair color, but a guy who styles his hair is bound to catch some attention when walking into a room. keeping their hair clean and healthy is pretty nice also, but styling is a plus=] haha

Truthfully its a choice. I prefer short cut hair, natural, brushed and washed. No big deal.

First one, but long hair doesn't look too bad as long as the guy knows how to maintain it.
