okay right so before i noticed my hair was falling out abit just a few strands so i decided to shampoo my hair then wash it with vitamin E cream rinse it out and then condition . . .. i was wondering if this was healthy for my hair? and the brand was St Ives vitamin E cream fighting the 7 signs of dryness

look, i may not know much about shampoos or whateva but if what ur using leaves ur hair smooth n shiny then its good.
