Well I am African American I have highlights in my hair so I use Bed Head "Dumb Blonde" shampoo (pink bottle) its really good because it doesnt strip your hair of all of its mositure. Then I follow up with Bed Head Reconstructioner conditioner. I put a shower cap on and let it sit for about 45 mins. Then rinse. You may wanna look into taking hair vitamins as well b/c that will help your hair to from the inside out.
