any secrets that help your hair, make it healthy ?

i found that using olive oil on it helps for my damaged frizz hay hair, but thats no secret..

your talking to a girl that is addicted to bleaching and dyeing her hair... but thank god my mom wont let me ruin it anymore

( i must haved bleached and dyed it over 20 times in 2 years ) no joke..

help me!!

honestly, i have none. people think i spend HOURS on my hair but it's all natural. i use anti-frizz and hairspray sometimes but that's it =S no conditioner
