Which conditioner is good for hair?

i heard shampoo damages hair so i was wondering wich conditioner can keep hair and scalp healthy.

Which conditioner is good for hair?

I think that Herbal Essences conditioner is effective and smells amazing!

However, no conditioner is a substitute for shampoo. Shampoo and conditioner go hand in hand for healthy hair.

But if you're really worried about shampoo damaging your hair, you can always shampoo your hair every other time you're in the shower, and condition every time.

Shampoo does not damage hair at all. I use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner.

I would suggest getting something from a salon. My best friend went to cosmetology school, and always advises me that over the shelf shampoos/conditioners really do more bad then good to your hair.

Ask your hair stylist for good brands (ie. tigi, aveda, paul mitchell)...They tend to be a lot better for your hair!

good luck! :)

i would definitely recommended the frutris(?) conditioner and shampoo. plus if you have promblems with frizz like me they have a frizz controlling line. the "drama clean" conditioner and shampoo from herbal essence, its the green bottle, works really well and makes your hair feel really clean. you have to try out alot of different things before you get what works best for you. i hope this helps you out. The absolute best is the brand called Organix. It has luxurious formulas, organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells absolutely incredible. Organix has different collections for different hair types all with different amazing scents. You can get Organix at Target, Walgreens, CVS, Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond, Wal-Mart, Safeway, Duane Reade, Albertsons, etc.
