my hair is pretty healthy but how do i get it to where i can tease it? i tried and it just stayed flat.. any help?

spray at the roots with any sort of hair spray and take a thin toothed home and back comb it really roughly and spray again-- healthy hair tends to not really backcomb that well..

Use a clarifying shampoo, as this will roughen your cuticle up some to make back combing a little easier. Only use conditioner on the ends of your hair because it will weigh your hair down if you want volume. Also use a good hairspray with flexible hold.
