I need a professionals help with my awful hair!?

First delema: My hair is bumpy. I know what you are saying "HOW CAN HAIR BE BUMPY!" Let me tell you. I have a few thick hairs here and there, which I pick out of ,my hair and examine quite extensivley (I don't pluck). I have always noticed that those super thick strands are bumby. When I run my fingers over them, I can feel bumps, sort of like rocks on the road when you are driving. It is horrible! What can I do to save my few thick strands?



I was also wondering if I increased my water/milk/orange juice intake, will my hair become healthier? Would it be extreme results (don't drink many fluids), and what would the results be in the long run?

my hair is just like yours, but i straighten it. okay.. when you put it in a hairbow or pony tail or something there are bumps/waves running from your hair line to the back of your head? get a straightener and just straighten the parts that are bumpy. find one and just straighten it a time or two.. or you can add defrizzer.. that works too for me. %26lt;3

I am not sure what kind of hair you have,like if it's straight or nappy or curly, but the bumps that you are talking about can be caused by over-processed hair.(if you use too many chemicals).

Also try to include more fish products, and other foods that are high in protein into your diet, and use a good Leave in conditioner, (like Pantene). If the weather is cooling off where you live, you probably won`t need to wash your hair as often as most do during Summer months. Too much hair washing can cause the precious oils some hair follicles to become dry and unproductive, last, but "not least", Don`t dry your hair with the "HOT" setting on your blow dryer.
