Question abt hair?

i have a very oily scalp, %26amp; as a result, my hair usually looks bad. what can i do 2 reduce the oil on my scalp w/out spending a butt-load of money? is there a shampoo i can use? i've tried quite a few different brands that said they could get rid of oily scalps %26amp; give u shiny, healthy hair, but they didnt work. i was thinking abt that new head %26amp; shoulders. does any1 have any advice or personal experiences they can share? thnks!

Question abt hair?

Wash your hair with hot water. If you use conditioner, don't put it on the scalp or the roots, and use a shampoo made for oily hair (I know you said they didn't really work.)

Another tip:

Make some peppermint tea, let it cool off, and put it in your hair after you wash it.

Question abt hair?

My husband heard that you could sprinkle a little bit of baby powder on your head. He tried it and it works wonders! Actually, he puts some in his palms and rubs it thru his hair after he shampoos with a regular shampoo then dries it. It's great,no more oily hair.I also googled it (baby powder) and found the same advice. Hope this helps!!!!!!!

Question abt hair?

try pantene clarifying shampoo. i have oily hair and its greatt.

also, use a TEENY bit of conditioner on your ENDS only! the top of your head doenst need it. dont put a lot of hair products in your hair because it will weigh your hair down.
